Perspective makes a difference

It really does. And I'm not talking about my Tuesday whinge being put to shame by things like Edenland's trip to Niger to shine a spotlight on poverty and hunger, or Deb at Home Life Simplified's decision to sponsor a child.

Although it was. No more complaining about the state of my house. Because I have a house. So I'm already winning.

Nope, today's post is nowhere near as deep.

My little girl really is little. We're approaching her second birthday, and she's somewhere between 9 and 9.5kgs. She's still in size 0 bottoms, and we roll up the sleeves of her size 1 tops. And I've already written about the difficulty of finding undies that fit her.

So what did I do yesterday? I took her to the biggest slide I've ever seen. Ever. And couldn't resist snapping a pic.

So cute. And so funny! Is it weird that this photo makes me chuckle?

What have you recently had put into perspective?

    1. Yeah, she had to work up the courage to actually slide! But then I couldn't stop her.

    1. Thanks Lady Daa Doo! I think so too, but may be a tad biased...
